Google head Sundar Pichai awarded Padma Bhushan in San Franciscos, says ‘India is a part of me…’ | Corporations Information

New Delhi: Google CEO Sundar Pichai was awarded the Padma Bhushan award 2022 within the commerce and business class by Taranjit Singh Sandhu, the Indian ambassador to the USA. He recieved the award within the presence of his household in San Francisco. India’s Consul Basic T V Nagendra Prasad, was additionally current through the occasion.

Whereas receiving the India’s prestigious award, Sundar Pichai mentioned, “India is part of me and I carry it with me wherever I’m going.”

He later replied to a tweet thanking the Indian envoy to the US for giving him the celebrated award. He wrote, “Thanks Ambassador @SandhuTaranjitS. It was an immense honor to obtain the Padma Bhushan, and to have my household there with me at present. Grateful to the Indian authorities and the individuals of India.”
